Notably, he established the cardiac intervention program at the King Fahad National Guard Hospital in Riyadh, serving as a Consultant and Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. His innovative approach brought advanced techniques such as Radiofrequency Ablation and Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) to the Middle East for the first time, significantly enhancing the region's cardiac care capabilities.

Dr. El Deeb's commitment to excellence is further exemplified by his tenure as the Director of Dallah Cardiac Center, Jeddah Heart Institute, where he introduced cutting-edge diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, thereby elevating the standard of cardiac care.
