Our urgent care centre treats non-life threatening conditions. If you or someone you know is experience life-threatening symptoms, you should contact emergency services which in the United Arab Emirates means dialing 998.

Our urgent care centre specialises in the treatment of non-life threatening injuries that require urgent medical care, such as fevers, cold & flu symptoms, burns and rashes, stomach ache and more. You will be seen by one of our urgent care doctors who will have access to the latest medical diagnostic technology to help with conducting an in-depth physical examination.

    WHAT IS URGENT CARE DEPARTMENT AND WHEN SHOULD YOU USE IT?

    From sports injuries to stomach aches, nausea and vomiting, sometimes, knowing when to go to the emergency room or to an urgent care centre can be difficult, that is why we believe it is important to provide a clear understanding of the conditions that are suitable for our state of the art 24 hours urgent care department. Our hospital is centrally located in City Walk, Dubai, and our urgent care department is staffed by trained physicians who are available without appointment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Life-threatening emergencies that include things like heart attacks, serious concussions or strokes definitely require emergency room treatment. Illnesses and injuries that are not life threatening but require urgent or critical care can be treated at our urgent care centre.

    DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR URGENT CARE?

    Appointments are not required to visit the Urgent Care centre, we accept walk-in patients without referral and will endeavor to provide you with fast access to one of our urgent care doctors.

    Our urgent care team have the capability to treat a wide variety of conditions, for those who require further diagnosis or testing such as a CT scan, MRI scan or X-Ray, our urgent care doctors are able to access our entire spectrum of diagnostic technologies, including the latest in medical imaging technology and pathology testing.

    WHAT IS A MINOR INJURY?

    Minor injuries are injuries that require urgent medical attention but would not be considered as a life threatening injury. This can include things like conditions mentioned above, sprains, broken bones and minor cuts and burns. More serious issues like head injuries, heart attacks or accident injuries should be considered life threatening and require the intervention of the emergency services.

    DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR URGENT CARE?

    As a healthcare provider we are dedicated to providing round the clock world class urgent care that is open 24 hours a day. The urgent care centre at Valiant Clinic & Hospital in Dubai can cope with a wide spectrum of conditions. Emergency procedures for things like sports injuries can also be catered for. If further testing is required, then the urgent care team are able to refer the patients for further tests such as an MRI scan, CT scan or cardiovascular imaging in our Cardiology centre. For cosmetic procedures such as a nose job, you would need to make an appointment.
