Ms. Ciara is an Irish Physiotherapist, with over 10 years’ experience in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. Her experience with sports teams and private clinics in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United Arab Emirates, has led her to broaden her scope of practice and develop a variety of evidence based treatment techniques.
Ms. Ciara treats a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and complaints, using a combined approach of manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, Pilates and dry needling. With a keen interest in running related injuries, she explored further in the field of gait analysis and biomechanics, emphasizing the importance of treating the underlying cause of musculoskeletal injuries and pain.
